Bluegrass Property Offers sends conversational text messages to property owners who have provided their phone number and given consent to be contacted by SMS. Messages relate to a specific property inquiry, including follow-up questions, scheduling, document delivery, and offer details.
How you opt in
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Bluegrass Property Offers in any of the following ways:
- Web form: by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website (homepage or contact page) and submitting the form.
- Verbal consent: by giving verbal permission during a phone call with a Bluegrass Property Offers team member, in which case we will send a one-time confirmation text and require you to reply YES to confirm.
- Reply opt-in: by texting us first or by replying YES to a confirmation message we send you.

Message frequency varies based on your individual conversation. Typical volume is 2 to 6 messages per month. We do not send marketing blasts or bulk promotional messages.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Bluegrass Property Offers does not charge any fee for messages.
Opt out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any message we send. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Messages are supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
